At DOMA Coffee Roasting Company, we stand behind the quality of our small-batch roasts and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right through a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.
- 2.Verify Product Condition
Ensure that coffee gear is in its original packaging; please note that roasted coffee beans are perishable and handled on a case-by-case basis.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Package your items securely and use the provided return shipping label to send the product back to our Post Falls roastery.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
